Whitemews was established by David Whyte,
a local landlord who has been through the pain of dealing with traditional
lettings agents
before letting his own properties direct. “I couldn’t find a reliable professional service from people
who treated my properties as if they were their own”, says David, “After
successfully managing my own properties, the next logical step was to
offer a level of superior service to other landlords.”
Whitemews was established to provide a complete end-to-end
service for existing or new landlords wanting to let a residence. The
services
offered cover the whole spectrum from Tenant Finding for a Standard
Let all the way through to Fully Serviced Corporate lets. In addition,
the wide experience of Whitemews enables us to offer full project management
of the preparation of a residence for letting.
David is keen to help those moving abroad to
maximise the potential of their UK residence, “As more people move abroad there is a growing
need to be able to leave a residence with an agent who can be pro-active
in all aspects of managing the property”, he says, ”Looking
after everything from decoration and gardening to regular inspections
will ensure a regular income is raised on the property.”
